Where We Build

Our favorite place to build is on land in the country. The main reason is due to traffic. You can imagine that in many neighborhoods traffic can be a factor that increases the time it takes to build your custom home. However, under the right circumstance we will consider building in a neighborhood lot. For Example, we built a home in Downtown Memphis so that a daughter could be close to her mother. Energy Efficient And Standards

We incorporate energy-efficient construction techniques and materials into every custom home we build.

Hight Standard Materials Not Up Grades:

  • Weather Barr Cornerstone Windows with Solar Select 2 glass coatings.
  • Foaming and caulking penetrations of the envelope
  • Sprayed cellulose insulation.

Yes. Bruce meets with many people every year at every decision-making stage. Many meet with him before deciding to build, but not everyone chooses to build at that time.

No. It is better not to have your plans completed for your initial meeting. Plans are expensive, and many things can change during the consultation. Wait until the initial meeting before having your plans drawn.

No. We use our Custom Home “Budget Buffet” to help you build the home of your dreams for the price you can afford.

His “Budget Buffet” breaks down the costs behind every feature, giving you complete control over your budget. He educates you about your options, shows you exactly what each element adds up to, and empowers you to make informed choices that fit your financial resources with your dream home.

Our favorite place to build is on a piece of land in the country. However, we have also built on an inline lot in a subdivision. We consider several factors when deciding to build in a subdivision, and traffic is one of the most significant considerations. Don’t hesitate to contact us so we can review your needs.

We have a working relationship with Greyhaven Designs, who can design a plan specifically for your land and family needs. However, it’s your preference. Many people get them online. NOTE: IT IS BEST UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE HAD YOUR INITIAL MEETING BEFORE HAVING YOUR PLANS DRAWN UP.
